One of the techniques which I have practiced rigorously and use to be away from negative thoughts/people/moments and be more focused and productive throughout the day is:
- Becoming aware that I am feeling stuck – Body will tell me by loose shoulders, mood swings, feeling low and lazy, not smiling, high tone or no talk at all
- Know where am I feeling it – which part of my body is more tensed – shoulders, hands, legs, stomach, head, back etc
- Get Up from wherever I am – And then SHRUGG IT OFF – from the body part or from whole body – I do add jumps as it helps to change the breathing pattern and heart rate drastically
- Get a new feeling
- Rub the new feeling in whole body
- And then sit in a new direction and more new solutions/ideas & creativity fall in place easily, naturally and effortlessly!
Kinesiology states that movement in your body has a direct impact on your brain. The movement you apply this small technique, you can kill all those negative neurons which could have multiplied to more negativity. And then turn your own self to calm/positive/peaceful (whatever you want to name it) multiplication of neurons.
This helps you to be more productive throughout the day by utilising your own high potential of your body.
Remember it’s your brain and body – Take your body to the lowest or highest level of productivity, its up to you.
