If I can change my older beliefs, I can also change my present limiting beliefs!
Beliefs are an assumption, an acceptance that something exists or is true, which may or may not be. However, it is true in our map of the world.
We all have certain beliefs about ourselves, about others, the environment that we live in.
Your beliefs have a likelihood of success, whether it is a success in your career, relationships or your day to day activities. Your belief impacts them all.
Well, the minute you believe, You Can, you probably will. It is this positive belief that takes you forward and opens up the opportunities you are set to achieve. As you believe you are meant to achieve success, you automatically begin to work towards that success.
Similarly, when you say you do not believe in something, we are more likely to not even give it a shot. And, may lose out on all the opportunities we are set to achieve.
This establishes that we have certain beliefs that play a part in our successes and certain beliefs that are not required and are just embedded in our brains.
Now, what if I tell you that you can achieve all you want if you just turn your button beliefs into certainty?
This means believing it naturally, certainly, just like breath exist, water exists, or Sunrises.
What if all you need to reach there is to have that BELIEF in order, to achieve success and build the life you want?
So, are you ready to work on those beliefs and mould them into successes?
Step 1: Think of certainty, something that is bound to happen.
For example, the sun will rise from the east.
Where is this belief?
Can you see in front of you?
Can you touch that picture?
Are there any sounds?
How does it look like, sound like and feel like?
Step 2: Think of something which you believed you could not do and you could do it.
For example, I could not believe I could do scuba diving but I did.
How do you feel about this belief now?
How do you see this picture?
How do you sound when you talk about it?
Maybe you sound confident or funny or weird or stupid- Oh!, How could I even think I could not and it was so stupid to think that…and now how easily I can do it….
So how easily I could do what I could not in my past, its how easily I can do it now.
Adjust your body the way you did it
Adjust Your Sound the way you did it
Feel that throughout your body.
Step 3: See the Frame of Certainty – Sun or moon or rains – The way it looks like, the way it sounds like and the way it feels like
And now see your older belief like certainty and now quickly see your I CAN Belief which you want to achieve.

CERTAINTY – OLD BELIEF WHICH IS NOT TRUE NOW (PAST)– CHANGE NEW BELIEF (PRESENT) – I CAN BELIEF (PRESENT)
SUNRISES – I COULD NOT SWIM – I CAN SWIM – I CAN ACHIEVE THE JOB I WANT
The way I learnt to swim and I can swim is the way I can learn to achieve and I can achieve.
Replacing your beliefs with your own older beliefs is tremendously powerful and provides a breakthrough to self.
